| NetHarmonix’s visualizer makes visible
the channels running through a path in your ATM network.
Drilling down through a physical SONET link to the path
provides an immediate understanding of the containment
hierarchy. The visualizer allows a user to simply click
on a channel to drill down into the details to see its
capacity, endpoints, directionality, UPC contract, CLLI
codes, and more. Visual objects can be rotated, zoomed
and examined from any angle. |

NetHarmonix’s visualizer
allows you to diagnose a circuit with a G.805 layered
network topology view of your trails and their real-time
status, with cross-connects. Thus, the root cause of an
outage across disparate equipment can be seen immediately
instead of searching through multiple technology silos.
Affected systems are easily discerned by clicking on a
subnetwork, a cross-connect, or any managed object within
the view. |
| NetHarmonix’s visualizer is customer-centric
in that it correlates switches, fabrics, cards, ports,
links, paths, and circuits with detailed customer information
in one dialog. This eliminates navigating through a maze
of screens to find the customers affected by a service-affecting
fault, such as a pulled card or cut fiber. |
